REVIEW :

This book beats out that effort by a mile. It is our primary reference source. This is the same system that enabled him to amass this money. I got this as a gift for my husband and I ended up reading through it and leave it on my coffee table because it is so pretty and makes a great talking point.. After DFW made his fiction bones, some genius editor (Lewis Lapham maybe?) guessed that he would make a very interesting journalist, which was an inspired call. Dr. Legal issues are noted including price fixing by lumbermen or railroads and maintaining navigation channels on the Mississippi. I'm proud to say this 48-year-old mom was able to lead her family (of teenagers!) to lose just shy of 300 lbs at the time I'm writing this, 65 of those belonging to meand I never saw it coming.. If you want a brief treatment of both, then this book is for you.. Empirically, it is hard to completely discar
