Noble's book is an account of management folly. This is a solid, physiologically-based plan written by a health expert and fellow human who found himself blindsided by parenthood. I'd give it four and a half stars if I could. A good read with which to get acquainted with the Celts.. Peterson foundation, to which he donated $1 billion of his own money.
