The intensity required to exercise your muscles to failure takes a healthy dose of commitment and hard work. It is our primary reference source. Absolutely loved this book and reading Wapiti next. Elsewhere we find a number of preserved examples of the marvellous type of boat used in days gone by.
Altogether, this is an excellent account of something which was often taken for granted by the men who needed their services most and one which I have thoroughly enjoyed.
NM. Why is it that after nearly 100 years of our government claiming to be looking for a cure for the scourge of the ages that they have come woefully short of anything even approaching a reasonable and safe treatment, let alone a cure?
