In the years I have been teaching and making relaxation tapes I have written many scripts which I would like to share with others in the field. These scripts are designed to elicit information from the subconscious through a process called receptive visualization, as well as provide direct suggestions. Each script is approximately 25-30 minutes in length when combined with the progressive relaxation script with the exception of the past life regression script. In teaching a class I often allow time for discussion of the topic then guide the class into a relaxed state to gain insight and make changes. After the process I provide paper, pens, crayons, colored pencils, etc. for the students who wish to record their experience. Each class ends with a discussion of their experience.
