Until I read this book.
Lencioni argues that the key to success in any organization is organizational health. You've got much, much more to learn from other sources before much of what is presented here will make sense. The romance and suspense is well-balanced each and every time. I like the flowers in Sophie's hair. (ery true. Thank the author, and do yourselves a favor a check this book out.. It was perfect until the dog ate it.
