Big chunks of this collection are devoted to high points of the liturgical year, but the beautiful parallel is how they also are reflected in the lives of man and society. Overall, I enjoyed the author's ability to negotiate the lives and teachings of Lewis and Freud. And I mean ANY setting. Not a book for anyone who is easily offended. Machine tool automation was implemented to eliminate not the unskilled but men like my great-grandfather: machinists who had the nerve to set their own pace, and to design as they saw fit tools to accomplish their job.
