It is a look back at a time past.. Other than taking forever to receive (I was already half way through the semester and had bought the book again from my school) it was in excellent shape. This is a beautifully done CD and well worth getting if you struggle with food issues on any level. I thought it gave a real understanding of the many factors that led to the demise of the model. The narrative is detailed, informative and interesting, the book has such a lovely cover that I intend to place it so the cover faces outwards, and the illustrations, photos, paintings, sketches, and bibliography and index are all carefully chosen, beautifully reproduced and fascinating to peruse. I'd also recommend Stuart McRobert's book on exercise technique as well.
There isn't any nonsense in this book about miracle supplements or "secret" routines that are pushed every month by the unscrupulou
