True GURPS Basic Set: Campaigns (4th Edition) includes rules for vehicle combat. A breezy read, with no heavy-handed scholaristic details and very few half-page footnotes. But if you like a good, funny book then you need to get get this book!
This book I purchased myself.. I absolutely love the gray scale and the many opportunities throughout this book to break out all of my mediums to complete a piece. Tom Cunliffe is probably the only person who could truly write a comprehensive book on teh subject, as he is not only a splendid author of many books involving traditional sailing, but also has owned and skippered pilot cutters himself for decades in all the waters discussed, which truly provides a 'hands-on' viewpoint as well academic expertise.
