However, halfway through my sophomore year, I began primarily using the HIT program for full body workouts, three times a week. I am pleased with my decision to buy the book and have found it is well organized and easy to read. If you are to take anything from this review it is this:
1. They will see it as a personal advancement instead of something to be feared. It is our primary reference source. His philosophy of "Progress over perfection" and this so-simple-why-didn't-anyone-tell-me-this-before plan turned on the lightbulb in my brain. 5 out of 5 stars.. I was disappointed and underwhelmed overall with this book. Some of the highlights of this book include drawings of the Ghostbusters, Indiana Jones, Planet of the Apes, Aliens, the Shining, Starship Troopers, Jurassic Park, Tron, Star Wars, and the Wizard of Oz among so many more.
